Our core, organising principle is respect for people.

When we say “our people”, we refer not only to our teams but a broader concept embedded in the BAMIN brand, which includes the communities in which we operate, as well as suppliers and partners. Although we have people from different states in our teams, we prioritize hiring people native to the regions of operation. We promote equal opportunities for all.
